Refund and Returns Policy
Here at Gizmosupplyco, we want all our customers to be satisfied with their orders. We understand that not every purchase fits perfectly, and returns or exchanges may sometimes be necessary. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return process.
Return Policy:
- The goods must be unused and in as-new condition.
- All products must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke/smell-free condition.
- All products must be returned with their original packaging and tags included.
Order Cancellation
How can I cancel an order?
- You’ll have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. Scroll down to find the “Changed Your Mind?” section.
- If it’s been longer than 60 minutes, you can contact us within the next 24 hours using this email: contact@gizmosupplyco.shop . We will check if your order has been fulfilled. If it hasn’t, we can cancel the order for you. However, if the order has already been fulfilled, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.

Exchange
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department. Once we receive your return, you will be issued store credit for the returned item, which you can use to purchase a new size. Please note that we cannot guarantee the item you want will still be available when your return reaches us.
No Return
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Limited Edition products also cannot be returned.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or related products (unless the item arrived damaged or is deemed faulty). For questions regarding these specific cases, please email customer service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Reclamation
We guarantee that the products you order are in good condition when you receive them. If you receive a broken or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible using this email: contact@gizmosupplyco.shop .
Damaged/Defective Goods
All of our products are carefully checked before they are packaged. If an item is received damaged or defective, customer service must be notified within 30 days for a full refund. Notifications beyond the 30-day return window will not be eligible for a refund.
Faulty/Manufacturing Defects/Incorrect Goods/Wrong Product
We aim to send you the correct order every time, but mistakes can happen. If your items are faulty, incorrect, or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong product, please get in touch immediately via email. We allow 30 days from delivery to refund or exchange a faulty item. We will cover the cost of shipping if you receive a wrong or faulty product. Always keep proof of your return until we confirm receipt of your package.
Customer Changed Their Mind

Return Instructions
Important: You must email us first to get the address where you should return the item.
- Send us an email to contact@gizmosupplyco.shop with your order number and a description or video of the issue.
- We will process your inquiry and provide you with the correct return address.
- Securely pack the items in a box.
- Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent sides.
- Use the address provided and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
- Ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping company that offers tracked shipment.
- Send us an email with the tracking number and shipping receipt.
If you did not receive a return label, please email us at contact@gizmosupplyco.shop , and we will assist you.
We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email when your return is processed.
Important Note
We reserve the right to cancel a sale if stock is sold out, our suppliers are unable to fulfill an order, or if there are any price errors.
